I liked the idea of a denim dress in a less typical design for everyday wear. I ordered in a 1 - I bounce between 1 and 2 in Alembika depending on the style. This size is still a lot of fabric for 5'4" on the bottom half but I'll keep it.
Great dress. I feel fabulous when I wear it. If I could get away with wearing it everyday I would! It's versatile, comfortable, flattering and one of those dresses that you don't have to think about what to wear with it. The dress is appropriate for a variety of occasions.

Best Denim Dress Ever
Just received this dress the other day and cannot wait for warmer weather to arrive so that I can wear it! The dress is a lighter weight stretch denim that will not be too heavy in warmer months in New England. The perfectly placed stitching patterns all contribute to the flattering balloon/cocoon shape without being too voluminous. The dress hangs perfectly. It was tricky ironing it out of the box though with all the folds and fullness! For reference I’m 5’5 and weigh 170. The size 5 was tight across the back and didn’t fit exactly right, but the size 6 was perfect. I read that this style ran a little small, so ordering up one size worked best for me. If this style came in more colors, I’d definitely but more. It’s the perfect everyday, casual dress that will get lots of wear and plenty of compliments.
