It makes us happy to offer you Free Standard Shipping wherever you live in the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, as well as Canada.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

It’s on the way… As soon as we send your order confirmation email, we’ll process the order within seven business days (excluding holidays and weekends). You’ll receive a second email notification as soon as your order has shipped.

HOW DO I CHECK ORDER STATUS?

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with a Tracking Number; use this number to check your order status. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

WE’RE ALWAYS HERE TO HELP

If your delivery has not arrived within seven days of receiving your order confirmation, please reach out to shop@alembika.com. Include your name and order number and we will look into it ASAP!

A NOTE ON P.O. BOXES

Because our beautiful clothes won’t fit in your cute little P.O. Box, please make sure you’ve entered a valid address to which your shipment can be delivered.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you don’t love your new clothes, you can return or exchange unworn, full price merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Just go to returns.alembika.com and we’ll send you a Return Label. Items returned in their original condition are refunded in full, minus a processing fee ($10 in the US and $10 in Canada)
