RETURNS & REFUNDS


We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason it didn’t work out, you can return the unworn garment(s) within 14 days of delivery. Items returned in their original condition will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee ($10 in the US, $10 in Canada). 

Please note: Discounted sale items are exchangeable but not returnable, Sale items are eligible for exchange and store-credit only. 

To qualify for a return, all garments must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached.

Return restrictions may be applied to any accounts that exceed our returns threshold.  If you have returned over 70% of your orders in the last year, your account may be ineligible for further returns and all future purchases will be final sale.  

NON US AND CANADA ORDERS: RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

At this time, we’re unable to offer exchanges or refunds for international orders, so all sales are final. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and are always here if you have any questions.

WE’VE MADE IT EASY


Return Label, comin’ atcha! Just go to https://alembika-usa.loopreturns.com/ we’ll send you a Return Label. Keep in mind, for merchandise to be return-eligible*, it must be in the same condition it was received in, tags attached, and in the original packaging with packing slip included. 

Once we’ve received your return, upon inspection/approval, we’ll send you an email confirmation; then your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

*All regularly priced merchandise is return-eligible. Discounted purchases are always a final sale and non-refundable.

NO REFUND YET?


If you did not receive your refund, please contact your bank and/or credit card company, as it may take some time to process and post on your account. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: shop@alembika.com.

EASY EXCHANGES, TOO


Doesn’t fit? Not what you expected? You can exchange your unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery*. Simply send an email to: shop@alembika.com and let us know what you would like instead. We’ll send you a Return Label so you can tuck your merchandise into the original packaging and ship it right back! 

Once we receive your return, upon inspection/approval, we’ll send you an email confirmation; then your exchange will be processed and any adjustments will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.

*To be eligible for exchange, merchandise must be in the same condition it was received in, tags attached, with packing slip included. 

GIFT RETURNS


For a gift shipped directly to you, once the return has been received (see above for instructions), we will issue a Gift Card for the value of your returned item. If it was shipped directly to the gift giver (who made the purchase), that person  will receive the refund.
