I was a little worried the dress would be too long for me as I am 5”2’. However the dress falls to the perfect length above my ankles. I was also worried that it would be too baggy or not loose enough. The dress turned out to drape over me perfectly. I am very pleased with how the dress fits. As a reference I have it all- boobs, butt, hips and stomach and the dress has ample room to cover it all without making me look like I’m wearing a potato sack. I am considering purchasing another just because it is very difficult for me to find dresses that fit me as well as this one does. The denim is thin but not see through and feels durable and has a little stretch It is a dress for every season since it has three quarter length sleeves that roll very easily. The stitching on the dress gives it a little something extra style wise. There are an infinite number of ways to style this dress solidifying it as a wardrobe staple. I’m glad I took a chance and purchased.

I already have this dress in the black denim and wanted to see what the blue was like. Both are a size 5 ( I’m 5’5, 174). The blue is a little longer than the black, and the fabric seems a bit lighter. I may have to have it shortened as it is a maxi length on me ( the black is a low midi length). They are both so comfortable and easy to throw on and go that I’m sure I’ll be living in them this fall and winter. I found the pockets to be on the small side compared to my many other Alembika dresses, but this is not a complaint as much as an observation. All in all, I’m just as pleased with both as I am with all my other dresses from this exceptional clothing line.

I LOVE denim! Maybe it’s a sixties things or a horse riding thing, but it seldom (for me, never) needs ironing, feels like a Mommy hug, and may be dressed up or down. I loved the way this dress looked on me when I was 177 It looks even better now that I’m 147. Just a belt makes me seem skinny. Me? Skinny? Closer!

love the dress...it fits perfectly and I am very happy! But I took a risk because I emailed requesting clarification about the sizing I received no response from you. Then I read that I couldnt return my dress if it didnt fit because I was purchasing from outside the U.S So I crossed my fingers and hoped that I measured accurately but felt I didn't get great customer support and would be disinclined to purchase again from you for these reasons. Also (quite funnily) I see my dress was discounted after recently purchased - I should have waited as the dress was still available and its expensive as the Australian dollaris weak against the US dollar (my problem for being very keen on the dress) but as I said before it's a great dress!
